User Service Agreement

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revisions constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised terms, except where prohibited by mandatory local law.

3. Privacy Policy and Data Handling

4. Age Restrictions and Guardian Obligations

Minor Users (13–17 years old, or 16–17 in the EU): Use of the Service requires verifiable parental/legal guardian consent.

4.2 Guardian Responsibilities

Guardians consenting to a minor's use must:

Confirm in writing that they have reviewed this Agreement and understand its terms;
Explain key clauses (e.g., virtual item non-ownership, data practices) in an age-appropriate manner;
Monitor the minor's activity (e.g., spending limits, chat content) at least biweekly;
Assume joint and several liability for the minor's breaches (e.g., unauthorized transactions, IP infringement).

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

5.1 Unauthorized Access or Interference

Access the Service via jurisdictions where it is illegal or restricted;
Use technical means (e.g., VPNs, bots) to bypass access controls or anti-cheat systems;
Launch DDoS attacks, inject malware, or exploit vulnerabilities to disrupt Service operations.

5.2 Account Misuse

Transfer, sell, or lease accounts (including virtual item "loans" or "rentals");
Use accounts for commercial promotion (e.g., unsolicited ads, affiliate marketing);
Create fake accounts (e.g., using stolen identities, automated scripts).

5.3 Violations of Law or Public Policy

Engage in illegal activities (e.g., gambling with virtual items, hate speech, copyright infringement);
Share illegal content (e.g., child exploitation material, incitement to violence);
Harass, threaten, or "doxx" others (e.g., sharing real-world addresses, private information).

5.4 Intellectual Property Infringement

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service's code or assets;
Use third-party tools/scripts to alter gameplay (e.g., cheats, mods);
Reproduce, distribute, or sell Service content (e.g., client files, artwork) without authorization.

5.5 Virtual Item Misuse

Trade virtual items for fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, or real-world goods (except as expressly permitted);
Use virtual items to facilitate illegal transactions (e.g., money laundering).

6. Legal Status of Virtual Items

6.1 Definition

"Virtual Items" include in-game currency, skins, loot boxes, and other non-tangible digital assets accessed via the Service.

6.2 Non-Property Rights

You irrevocably acknowledge that Virtual Items:

Are not "property" under applicable law and do not confer ownership, title, or other property rights;
Are licensed, not sold, for use solely within the Service;
May be modified, suspended, or removed by us at any time without compensation.

6.3 Restrictions on Use

No Real-World Trading: Exchanging Virtual Items for anything of value (including cryptocurrency) is prohibited;
No Transfer: Virtual Items cannot be sold, gifted, or inherited;
Termination Effect: Unused Virtual Items expire immediately if your account is suspended or the Service is discontinued.

7. Intellectual Property

We exclusively own all global, perpetual intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, trademarks, logos, and content (e.g., artwork, music). Virtual Items do not grant you any IP rights, including copyrights or trademarks.

8. Payment and Refunds

8.1 Transactions

Purchases via app stores, credit cards, or in-game payment systems are final and non-refundable, except:

As required by consumer protection laws (e.g., EU Directive 2011/83/EU, CCPA);
Where we determine a transaction was fraudulent or erroneous.

8.2 Account Security

You are liable for all charges to your account, including unauthorized transactions, unless you report unauthorized access within 72 hours of discovery. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to mitigate risks.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Mandatory Pre-Arbitration

Before filing a lawsuit, you must contact us at contact@losttemplegames.com to attempt resolution. We agree to respond within 14 business days.

9.2 Arbitration

11. Miscellaneous
